There's a lot of difference between listening and hearing. 
In listening there is understanding 
and in hearing there is a need to understand. 
But remember, that a worthwhile conversation is
having the art of listening as well as of being heard.
The need to understand and be understood
is an attitude of the heart which have
the potential to turn a life around.

A conversation is a dialogue, not a monologue.
It is the art of hearing as well as of being heard.
We must realize that we are all different
in the way we perceive the world.
Behind the need to communicate is the need to share.
And behind the need to share is the need to be understood.✿♥✿
