My #100thankfuldays ~ Day 84



It is not what happens to you 
but how you respond to what happens to you. 
Be it sunshine or rain, 
do you dry out and crumble into ruins
or soak and nearly drown in the puddles of sorrow?
Many positive souls have proven otherwise,
and instead, either got up to let the sunshine nourish their souls
or drenched in the rain to wash away the unwanted vibes.
Nature will take its course in the same way that Life will unfold itself.
We have a choice of either making a disaster out of every season
or aiming to see rainbows after braving every adversity.☼•*¨*•.¸

Silence is holy and pure. It draws people together because only those who are comfortable with each other can sit without speaking. We sit next to each other in silence and as we go on our separate ways, we felt that it was the best conversation that we've ever had... The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning. rain or shine, i don't mind--as long as there are good deeds, heartwarming conversations, unmasked laughters, sweet embraces and comfortable silences to share, to thank for and to keep our hearts happy... i'm glad to have that living mantra of putting my faith in gratitude, happiness and positivity--no matter what the circumstances may be...the smiles in my heart only increased and never ceased...
